Our full line of tractors, combines, hay tools, sprayers, forage equipment, tillage, implements, grain storage and protein production systems, as well as related replacement parts, are available through 3,150 independent dealers and distributors, in more than 140 countries worldwide.

Currently we are looking for Parts Sales Specialist to join our energetic and friendly team in Moscow office.

POSITION PURPOSE:

  • Active participation in development, coordination and implementation of plans of original spare parts and lubricants purchasing by dealer network
  • Ensuring that the target level of business margins for sales of original spare parts and oils is maintained in accordance with the company's business objectives
  • Development, implementation and promotion of a dealer network projects aimed to increase sales of spare parts and after-sales services
  • Development and successful implementation of plans for the development of a dealer network in the field of after-sales service
  • Ensuring efficient and timely communication between the dealer network and the company on all matters of commercial after-sales service

MAIN TASKS:

  • Implement marketing plan and define tools to support market development plan;
  • Analyze sales commodity groups, define trends, initiate and run sales promotions;
  • Organize promotional activities / events and actively support dealers marketing initiatives;
  • Execute marketing research, promote company as the best services providers (advertising);
  • Build effective relations and drive results with Central Marketing, Service and other departments as well as external providers of Marketing and Advertising Services (agencies, designers, PR etc.);
  • Analyze of spare parts sales reports & give feedback to dealers;
  • Support sales process and adhere to local standards, documentation procedures etc.;
  • Seek out new process optimizations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree level – preferably in Marketing, Economics, Sales;
  • 3 years business experience in Parts Sales;
  • Experience in related industry (automotive, agricultural, construction, forestry) is a plus;
  • Experience in handling market research;
  • Good written and verbal communication in Russian and English (Upper intermediate level);
  • Computer skills: MS office Word, Excel, Power Point;
  • Customer oriented, motivated and fast paced personality with a strong work ethic;
  • Organizational skills - ability to multitask, planning, prioritizing and make decisions;
